I like the idea, good to see action but what happens with an illegal, maybe with kids, drowns on the Mexican side of this? Sad for them, shame on Mexico for letting them try this, but I'm sure blame will go to Texas and the US.
Maybe occupy the Mexican side of the river, set up a barrier and a safe haven. Keep them from ever reaching the river. Where's Trump's alligators when we need them?

Immigrants would have difficulty crossing over the buoys because they would rotate backward toward immigrants attempting to climb over them.

It states the purpose is to stop a caravan of hundreds/thousands trying to cross at once. If the occasional guy swims under, no biggie.
