Believe it or not, with 2/3rds of the state wanting to leave, I can assume their representatives in salem would be enough to pass it... Not quite. It is 2/3 of the land area but a much smaller fraction of the population.
The communists want to be able to tax us for their crazy schemes, but not allow us any voice in government.
