It is not a treaty, it is a “Pact”. Like an agreement. It is not enforceable on the countries that signed on, but the left will try to enforce it as if it were a treaty. That way they don’t need any Senate 2/3 confirmation. Constitution? They don’t need no stinking Constitution.
The buffoon Kerry can negotiate any treaty he wants, but the U.S. Senate must ratify it and the POTUS must sign it to become binding. That ain’t happening.
He signed his name? Even less binding than an executive order. No chance of getting it ratified.
I must have missed that part of the U.S. Constitution where an unelected czar has the plenary power to enact treaties by decree on behalf of -to the detriment of - the United States.
