Yeah, but you live in THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The people who flew that flag fought against the 🇺🇲 Flag.
Yep.
They are both excellent candidates. Our bench is deep.
Trump has an edge because he was robbed. Also he was a great President. DeSantis has an edge cause he is younger, a fresher face, and is more careful in his speech.
I want them both, will support either, and may the best man win.
Read it and learn it. Vote Trump or you are voting for Biden. See how this works?
I am planning to vote for Trump. Not sure what you are trying to say.
Would you have the same response if that list were directed at Congress?
In other words, no mention of deep state problems as well as election fraud?
The problems mentioned are important and have been a problem for decades. BUT - it does not address the real war - massive corruption at every level.
Our government is openly persecuting their enemies, until that is addressed nothing else matters. And those that are silent about it (most of the Republican party), are fine with it.
Another point, if DeSantis is soooooo much like Trump and polling just above the other contenders in the teens, why run? If the party is truly ‘united’ one allows the obvious front runner to take the position. But that isn’t happening, the ‘old republican party politicians’ want DeSantis, not Trump. Where’s the unity and respect? It doesn’t exist. Why? It isn’t because Trump is brash. Is it his policies? Absolutely and proven by their blocking everything he did.
The real enemy isn’t the democrats, it’s the republican party. Unless and until DC embraces MAGA policies and MAGA candidates- they are as useless as they have always been - Democrat lite.
For those sweating MAGA staying home if Trump loses, worry not. Trump has already won the primary. BUT - if Congress/Republican party does the same thing to him again, MAGA will never vote for any of them again. That’s where we need unity…..
To the DeSantis supporters, your arguments are not changing minds and you’re ignoring the real war - our own party.
Not true.
DeSantis signed a $1.5 billion consumer tax on people who use services like Amazon. They have to pay a sales tax where they didn't before.
But he also decreased corporate taxes by 5.7 billion. Who pays corporate taxes? Again, the consumers of whatever products these corporations provide (unless you believe that CEOs pay these taxes out of the generosity of their hearts).
The end result was a $4.2 billion tax DECREASE.
Trump himself signed an individual tax cut that sunsetted after five years along with a corporate tax cut that had no expiration date.
Amen.
“ You are not answerable to anyone as far as how you decide to vote” (not voting effects others, in essence)
——————————
What if - no one voted for Republicans? Would they change their policies/platforms?
You forget that they are fine with losing, they actually prefer it. They also know that some voters will vote regardless of the candidate. It’s a win-win for them. And it’s a loss for us. We haven’t gotten ANYTHING we’ve wanted for decades and the same players are still there. Seems like you’re doing exactly what they want - vote regardless.
That approach is not working at all….
Why am I a big part of the problem?
I’m smart enough to understand two concepts. 😉
Back to Yer boy Desantis.
Didn’t even hold an event in his own state to launch his presidential campaign because he only has 15%-20% support.
Ron locked down Fla beaches during Covid 19
Ron had people arrested for reopening their businesses
Ron suspended liquor licenses of non compliant bars and restaurants in 2021
Ron met Trump on the tarmac outside wearing a face diaper in 2020
Ron is fake, phony and false and he’s going to come apart at the seams waaay faster than Ted did. 😏
I agree.
Regarding Trump, DeSantis and other candidates for president, both Democratic and Republican patriots need to wake up to the following constitutional reality concerning the federal government.
One of the very few powers that the states have expressly constitutionally delegated to the federal government to dictate peacetime domestic policy is to run the US Mail Service.
"Article I, Section 8, Clause 7: To establish Post Offices and post Roads;"
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.
In other words, most federal domestic policy is based on state powers, and uniquely associated state revenues, that the crook lawmakers that misguided voters keep sending to DC keep stealing from the states imo. The feds steal state revenues and citizens wallets by means of unconstitutional federal taxes that Congress cannot reasonably justify under its constitutionally limited powers.
"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
“If the tax be not proposed for the common defence, or general welfare, but for other objects, wholly extraneous, (as for instance, for propagating Mahometanism among the Turks, or giving aids and subsidies to a foreign nation, to build palaces for its kings, or erect monuments to its heroes,) it would be wholly indefensible upon constitutional principles [emphases added].” — Justice Joseph Story, Commentaries on the Constitution 2 (1833).
”Simply this, that the care of the property, the liberty, and the life of the citizen, under the solemn sanction of an oath imposed by your Constitution, is in the States and not in the federal government [emphases added]. I have sought to effect no change in that respect in the Constitution of the country.” —John Bingham, Congressional. Globe. 1866, page 1292 (see top half of third column)
Pelosi: "We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it." (non-FR; 6 sec.)
“Cherish, therefore, the spirit of our people, and keep alive their attention. If once they become inattentive to the public affairs, you and I, and Congress and Assemblies, judges and governors, shall all become wolves [emphasis added]. It seems to be the law of our general nature.” - Thomas Jefferson (Letter to Edward Carrington January 16, 1787)
Democrats Are Terrified Of An Educated And Informed Public (3.12.23)
So the key question that patriots need to ask themselves regarding the federal government's job to keep the mail moving is this. How many corrupt, constitutionally undefined, feuding political parties and unconstitutional, unaccountable, trillion dollar ominous bus bills does it take to keep the mail moving?
I say none, no political parties or immense omnibus spending bills needed to deliver the mail.
The reason that I'm supporting Trump for president is this. He is not only not owned by anybody, but he is also uniquely qualified to do a thorough job of draining the swamp, which hopefully includes cleaning up the entire legal system.
Trump also needs to work with MAGA state and federal lawmakers to surrender state powers that the corrupt federal government has been stealing from the states, and continues to do so, back to the states, including putting a stop to unconstitutional federal taxes.
Once Trump has finished draining the swamp, then he can continue the example set by Obama and spend the rest of his second term on the golf course as the drafters of the Constitution had intended for the president of a constitutionally limited power, basically 24/7 lame duck peacetime federal government to do.
Finally, note that we don't want retired or incumbent governors to take the same state powers that they used to make their state thrive with them to the Oval Office, and use those same power to likewise try to make the nation thrive. That is one of the main reasons why we are now being oppressed under the boots of an unconstitutionally big federal government imo.
So if DeSantis wants to serve as many people as he can under the Constitution with a wide range of government powers, then he needs to keep his governor's job.
The definition of insanity is reelecting your beloved career state and federal lawmakers and executives over and over again, expecting those same government “leaders” to find remedies for unconstitutional government policies every time.
Yes. They should spend their primary time destroying Biden to the point that he can’t win against either of them. That’s how the Democrats win and it’s a clever strategy.
Sorry , but many republicans are as bad as democrats. GOPe helps democrats and despises and lies to their voters. They actually help democrats win.
If people want to go back to that it is up to them because it is their vote. I don’t vote for a party. I vote for people.
No it doesn’t. It hasn’t since 2016. This time will be no different than 2020 election. RATS don’t even worry about who their candidate will be because whoever it is will be the winner by a late night ballot infusion in key areas. They don’t even bother campaigning much or arguing about it like we do.
That glut at the border is let in here for a reason and they are not voting for any republican. And they are already being signed up through Clinton’s motor voter law.
When are all of you going to wake up? Biden sucks. They all know it. Even RATs know it. Trump and RDS can speak to the choir until they are blue in the face bashing Biden and it will not matter.
That will not make a difference in the end. Biden could do the jig buck naked at the debate and he would still win.
The GOP has sat up an obvious losing strategy and that will make them happy to lose to a democrat if it gets rid of Trump and America First. As we can see, this strategy to lose is already working.
Don't be silly, of course they are enemies, they both want the same job.
