Kind of a silly argument anyway...COVID treatment protocols were nationwide/federal/CDC/AMA anyway. Biggest differences...DeSantis went above & beyond with monoclonal antibodies, and Cuomo went “for the kill” of seniors in nursing homes.

Trump is genuinely scared of DeSantis, in a way he isn’t of any of the other Republicans (some of whom I like a lot.)
I don't know why you say that. Many Americans died. It's perfectly legitimate to discuss what the different states did and how that affected the numbers.

When you have a high proportion of old people, you should try harder to prevent the illness and deaths, not be more slack about it, and then use your high aging population as an excuse for your high numbers.
The removal of the protections was a political ploy at the sacrifice of real people.
This is the aspect of Trump that truly sucks.. he just doesn’t get it with respect to how they played him during Covid. And this point makes Trump look like an ASS. Its a real shame.. this is where his style really hurts him.. this is not the way to fight against Desantis. Instead it is the way to lose to him.
