I was at a Walmart yesterday in upscale Porter Ranch in the San Fernando valley. This is the richest area even more then Beverly Hills.
I noticed that the area where they had the drugstore items like shampoo and lotions and blades, medicines etc was reduced from several aisles with lots of items to less then 20 ft in one aisle with hardly any selection. I guess that is one way to prevent theft....

Since I don’t live in New York City, I think this is a great idea.
Will the SS Kiosk person be able to help carry the stolen merchandise to the thief’s car? That could be useful.
5 bucks says they steal the kiosks.
I suggest the Muslim method of dealing with theifs.

If I were mayor I would encourage employees and store owners to escalate the situation with bats, clubs, and machetes. When thieves fear their hands getting chopped off they’ll stop.
