Impeachment is mentally and emotionally draining on the POTUS. He will have to pay attention - daily. In this regard our current POTUS has no ability to handle any kind of stress. The goal here is to put as much pressure on the idiot-in-chief as possible. Aggrevate his dementia until he cracks. Article 25 follows.
Benefit? Impeachment is the right thing to do PERIOD.
