You say, “How to lie with statistics. They are temporarily down due to the Judge’s ruling.” I think it is the activity of the governor who sent troops to the Border and blocked the tens of thousands waiting in Matamoros to cross. They were blocked by a military presence and the positioning of razor wire all along the open border. It may be happening elsewhere, but there is little reporting.
