exactly- they let them go with a ‘promise to go to court a year, or years later’? It’s no better than letting all criminals go with a ‘promise to go to court at some time in the future’- hardly anyone owuld go
Pretty much like closing the barn door after the horses, cows, goats, pigs, mules, sheep, alpacas, donkeys, llamas, cats, dogs, mice, and flies, have all left the barn to go through the opened fence-gate in order to frolic in the garden and the grass-filled meadow next door.
By the time you have corralled the animals back into the barn, all fences are destroyed, the garden vegetables have all been eaten, the meadow is reduced to open dirt, and there is dung and piss everywhere in the place of the lovely garden and meadow you previously had in place.
Then you ask the animals to confess to their dastardly deeds.
Tell me again how this will help the problem at the southern border?

Biden will probably just photocopy a generic hearing date, give that to illegals, and then release them to the US. In 22 minutes, he surrenders the US border, as if he hasn’t done so already.

The date doesn't matter unless the feds know where to find them and will deport them, and didn't marry a US citizen or have an anchor baby. 2027 might as well be 4027, unless they actually want to go to court.
