Imagine the howlings if the court had ruled:

A federal appeals court has ruled citizens can shoot police — even intentionally — if they fear for their lives If our live mean nothing for them to worry about wiping out, same=same seems fair.

As long as the Police do it, it is ok. According to Free Republic Dogma. Ever since I been here the Police have been worshiped as gods. Criticize their actions, one is labeled a Cop hater.

The only caveat being that the victim can't be Black. Then said Cop is up shit Creek without a paddle.

There’s hundreds of exceptions when shooting a cop. You just need to know those exceptions.

Police no longer have to protect you, and can now shoot you and the court says it is okay. No reasonable way to defend this.

The police had every reason to believe they were targeting the fugitive. The police were told the fugitive was driving the truck and they targeted the driver of the truck. Instead the fugitive was on the floor of the truck. IOW, mistaken identity.

Yes, but they need the black pill. Once it happens to YOU, you will finally see the light. Our system is broken. You see it, but some of these blue line lovers need to see the light.

I have a feeling that even then, they’d still make excuses. Could be anyone: their child, spouse, parents, grandparents, siblings, they’d still say something stupid like “yOu sHoUlD hAvE oBeYeD oRdErS.”

I remember an article on here a few years ago of a guy that was having an epileptic seizure in a gas station. Someone called 911, and instead of the people that are trained on what to look for and how to treat it, two baconators showed up. They didn’t know what was going on, tried to move the guy, I guess he bit one of them while he was blacked out having a seizure, because that’s what happens when you have a seizure, and of course they started to arrest the guy, while shouting their catchall phrase “sToP rEsiSTiNg!” The guy is literally blacked out seizing on the ground, he can’t hear anything.

Of course, predictably, some of the boot lickers on here said the police did nothing wrong. It honestly made me question why they’re here at all. They would *love* a police state.
