To have real proof you would have to have access to unreacted complete documents which he will never have. Sort of like proving the election was stolen you have no proof because no one can see the documents or even the software used to tabulate the votes or examine the machines used to cast the votes. Even if you could prove your case you would have to find an hones judge and several appeals courts to allow you to move forward with proof. Not to mention the ultimate decision would comets the Supreme court and they have shown zero interest in getting involved, once Biden gets to install a couple more morons on the court there will be zero chance that this country will not go full Marxist crazy.

He didn't think he had the power, he had the power and chose not to declassify part of JFK documents after he announced he absolutely would release them all. Someone with power convinced him otherwise.
