I’ve heard similar things from Zeepers here when Ukrainian battfield leaders made similar feints, one here on FR even quoted Sun Tzu, so I guess Zeepers can now say Russia is doing the same thing.
Or perhaps believe nothing from either side and nothing the Establishment MSM tells us.

Russia is starting using 250 and 500kg glide bombs launched from bombers in bakmut and other places in recent weeks
These bombs can travel 40-80km meaning the bombers are out of Air defense range
Ukraine is trrung to move what S300 air defense systems they have left
closer to the front line to counter but they get into the range of lancet drones .
New videos in recent days of Russian drones taking out s300’s and many of the glide bomb attacks
Ukraine is in panic begging for F-16’s to shoot down the bombers

After hearing that fall back talk from the Russian side, if I were the CIC of Ukraine I would prepare for the opposite - a major Russian attack. But that’s just me.
