California.... I seem to remember a news item recently where billions in COVID relief funds particular to California cannot be accounted for, i.e., stolen or defrauded from the state.
Most welfare leaches wouldn’t be caught dead in the junk my wife and I drive.

My original comment was 100% and I have no idea what you are trying to get at how I’m wrong. Never said food stamps didn’t come from the depot of ag so no idea why you said I’m wrong. It is a form of welfare.

Crap,over seven thousand dollars and I’m trying to survive on less than a tenth of that.🙄
I was at a AM/PM gas station and went into the convenience store to buy lottery tickets and I used my debit card. The next day I had purchases flagged by my bank. I did not buy at the places listed. I suspected that store owner and his employees were stealing.
If I buy anything at a gas station store it will be with cash only.
My wife stopped at a Pilot Gas place outside Ocala FL recently. Bought coffee at self checkout. Within 15 minutes bank was calling saying almost 2k in charges had been made in pass 10 minutes in 4 different states.
You gotta wonder if the banks know about where the origin point was. If so they should shut down the use of credit cards and debit cards for those stores. That would get the attention of the main office!
