That is one big difference between 2020 and 2024, now it’s Biden who has to defend his record.
I think it’s more like an 8-track tape.
That’s a very misleading statement, because the cheating didn’t only occur in the five or six swing state counties that were disputed.
All good points.
But please remember, the American people are mostly (60% or so) ready to vote Dem at any moment. Low intelligence or mentally declining types like Biden are JUST LIKE THEM. Sympatico. Identification with them. “Cares about things I care about.”
Always since the 1980s around 40% are ready to vote conservative or agree with them on issues. Undecided or independent (I have no respect for either) join with one or the other based on the part of the candidate’s hair or a pet issue (soft on crime, women’s rights to abortions). Biggest factor is “what part of the taxpayers’ treasury will you divert to me personally?”
“Extremely well written & truthful analysis. So, how do you suggest fix it? Crickets...”
Funny. There really isn’t a realistic solution that is workable and the establishment knows this. People are sheep.
Unrealistic solution is for millions of people to rise up and demand free, fair, and honest elections with full enforcement of the safeguards: voter ID, signatures checked, voter roles purged, election officials following the state law, honest media, etc. The establishment would never give the power back to the voters, so this will not happen.
“We know how many votes Biden received, but how many he actually got will never be known.“
Exactly.
It’s funny, as a mostly retired CPA and lawyer, I volunteer as Treasurer or counsel for a number of private clubs, town councils, schools and associations that are too small to have a paid staff.
I do the books for them, but I also help them with fundraising, debt collection, board governance and policy, or whatever.
I’ve supervised hundreds of elections or other votes, and I’ve never once had a case where people didn’t intuitively understand what makes an election fair. It’s not rocket science - a kindergartener can figure it out:
You need a list of who is eligible to vote.
You need a fixed window of time during which they can vote.
They all need to be equally informed as to when, where and what.
They need to come vote in person.
They need to prove who they are.
They can only vote once.
There need to be representatives of all parties observing the process.
That’s about it… everyone always gets it, it always goes smoothly..
Everyone understands that if you fail to fully enforce any of the above controls OF COURSE it would be impossible to declare a winner.
I realize scaling it up to a couple hundred million people seems like it would be more complicated, but not really - if you strictly apply the principles above, it should be easy.
Yet, in the 2020 US presidential election, many of the simple controls listed above were deliberately bypassed - and without those controls you can’t declare a winner - but they declared a winner anyway.
It’s treason.
I realize scaling it up to a couple hundred million people seems like it would be more complicated, but not really
Right. Same with France.
The Democrats here in the US purposely abandoned all the election controls and verifications so they could cheat with impunity, and blamed it on Covid.
Anyone who wants to require voter ID, purge dead people from voter registration lists, or audit or question anything, gets accused of voter suppression, racism or inciting insurrection.
It’s no longer about ‘elections’ - elections are at thing of the past, they’re now only window dressing. Americans still cling to the notion that elections matter. We have passed the Rubicon and do not yet know it.
I missed that one- have to see if i can find a rerun or video online-
Patterns of Force S2 ep21
Now that electoral fraud has been nearly perfected...
It doesn't ELUDE those states; it is actively hindered in them!
Thanks. I’ll give that a look
Yes, you are exactly right. Unfortunately for the reasons I mentioned the GOP is not pushing for the kinds of changes that are needed.
