This sounds more like a Trial Ballon than anything. DeSantis knows he has no shot based on the polls and state of endorsements. He’s obviously hanging around in the desparate hope the DS can destroy President Trump before the primaries really kick into gear. With friends like those...
i suspect that is probably true...
Do you have any links or info that support his ties to GOPe?
Paul Ryan and Jeb Bush are behind DeSantis as is the Chamber of Commerce. I can’t recall the names but many Republican establishment donors have been as well.<P.
Of course, the biggest sign that he’s all in with the establishment is his flip-flop on the proxy war in Ukraine.
Go ahead dude , end your career.
better to get out now, get away from GOPe and beg forgiveness.
lots say that and i lean towards believing,,
but would feel better about it if there was public data to cite with evidence. that was what i was asking for...
Please tell me how conservatism will win?
It won’t. It will never again win on a national scale. Hence why DJT ran on a Conservative based POPULIST platform. I do not believe DJT will win 2024, but Ron has even less of a chance. His recent actions have taken a lot of people, myself included, to actually tag him as a Bush Family Goon. If he stayed in his damn lane, we probably wouldn’t have enough evidence to back this conclusion. Ron cannot win PA,AZ or GA, for the same reasons Trump didn’t and won’t.
Whatever crazy ass drugs your shrink is feeding you, I need some of that.
The trump hating Desantis trolls we have here are more vocal about their opposition(and crude) then the Trump supporters.
And we wonder why Jim’s gotta post daily % updates on freepathons, when we never had an issue before.
FR is devolving into a place where DU trolls, blog pimps and other riftraft come to sow discord. I am convinced a decent portion of the RDS crowd here are either the first or the last in that list.
It’s not about discussing issues, it’s about power and ego.
I get the impression that Trump doesn’t really care what happens to the Republican Party and the USA unless he’s in charge. As King Louis XV of France put it, “”Après moi, le déluge”.
