The article is typical lame Stream propaganda, they fail to mention in passing this last-minute resolution to give Disney power the Disney sycophants board members did not meet all the requirements of the law to make the resolution legal.
What happened is this oversight board reviewed that and found the contract was not legal as it did not fulfill all the requirements to be ratified.
But hey let’s spin a lying narrative instead.

Remember that DeSantis took money from Disney in 2018, but still turned on them for getting involved in the grooming of children.
Trump took tens of millions from Disney in 2020 and came out criticizing DeSantis for going after Disney.
Trump is bought and paid for by the groomers.

Ha ha, Disney just sued DeSantis in CALIFORNIA (Fed Court) seeking to stop him from restricting their constitutional rights. So much stupid with that lawsuit.
