I knew what you meant, I JUST COULDN’T RESIST.
Cause “THAT BE RACIST”, as the little black kid is so fond of saying.

B is next to N on my keyboard...
Typo is my bet.
Many, many stops if the train ever makes to the SF Bay Area and attempts to go north up the Peninsula to downtown SF. Because of shared right-of-way with commuter and freight trains. The “high-speed” train project forced a rebuild of tracks and intersections throughout the Peninsula, including “electrifying” commuter trains (despite the fact that the diesel commuter trains had diesel engines that generated electricity to power electric motors to move the trains). Many millions of dollars were wasted and local downtowns were inconvenienced by the work. Because of shared track, and trains needing to make many stops between SF and Peninsula towns, the “high-speed” trains will have to make many stops.
Additionally, the SF downtown “high-speed” train station is a giant hole in the ground that will never be built because the funding money that was set aside for it was sidetracked for other projects by local politicians (mostly to build an elevated park full of art). Gov Newsom’s folly. Not a bullet train, more likely a snail or turtle train.
Thank God that (then) Gov Rick Scott rejected the funding for Florida High Speed Rail…California thought we were nuts to decline the fed’s offer…
Monies used to pay off and to pocket
