First, they indict a president for no crime.
Then, they sue to block congressional oversight when we ask questions about the federal funds they say they used to do it.

If the old football head can sue Jordan, why can’t we sue Bragg? Bragg is using his powah for political purposes. The little biatch should be in jail.

They will soon find out that Congress is sovereign, and the state governments are subordinate.

Not really under the constitution but when you take the money you have to answer to the payor. under the constitution the citizens of the states are the sovereigns. the states and feds only have delegated powers. very few actually.

Democrats typically just ignore court decisions they don’t like.

Democrats typically just ignore court decisions they don’t like.If they ignore, the DOJ won’t lift a finger. Jordan needs to be prepared for that. It’s a perfect excuse to not fund the DOJ until they come to there senses.

They should indict him on the same basis as Trump - they don’t like him.

sounds like an attempt to obstruct justice by Bragg!

.
The news is the Judge is giving Bragg a hearing instead of throwing it out.
He took Federal Money, he’s interfering with Federal Elections.
The J6 Committee won every battle. They subpoenaed whoever they wanted.
If Jordan follows the J6 Commiittee’s precedent, he could subpoena all the phone records and texts - public and private phones - of Bragg and everyone on his staff.
