It’s a good thing that 911 operators are always able to determine exactly what is going on with every 911 call so they’ll know to send the right people. This sounds like a fool proof plan.

It's going to get interesting when some effete, thin-skinned young "male" social worker finds himself suddenly trying to avoid getting hacked to death by a feces-covered, screeching lunatic who's slashing at him with a 12" kitchen knife.
