We have no idea how weak or strong the Manhattan DA's case is until all the counts of the indictment are published. You don't know, and I don't know, what's being charged.
Worst case scenario is subornation of perjury (paying for a false affidavit signed under pains and penalties of perjury) and tax evasion (writing off a bribe as a business expense).
Unlike a lot of the crap posted here, those are real crimes and will lead to real jail time.
Now, I have no idea if those are charged - but I bet that's what Cohen testified to. And I have no idea, if they are charged, if Bragg can prove his case. If a convicted felon like Cohen is the main state's witness, he probably can't. But I haven't seen a witness list, and neither have you.
But what I described is very far from a "weak" case, and I suggest you stop posting speculation as fact.
We will know soon enough.

The entire garbage case hinges on misinterpreting what Trump said to Raffensberger ( to paraphrase ) : “ I just need X more votes to win”, to mean, I need you to illegally manufacture X more votes to win.
A complete read of the transcripts of the exchange indicates that Trump wants the SOS to look into the X plus illegal votes cast in Georgia and invalidate them.

Ok, let’s talk about Perjury. ( the worst case scenario for Trump ). Let’s assume that the jury verdict was guilty. What would be Trump’s punishment?
Let’s use Bill Clinton’s case as an example.
Clinton lied under oath as a defendant in Jones v. Clinton regarding his sexual relationship with Monica Lewinsky.
(1) He denied that he had a “sexual relationship” with Monica Lewinsky.
(2) He denied that he had a “sexual affair” with Monica Lewinsky.
(3) He denied that he had “sexual relations” with Monica Lewinsky.
(4) He denied that he engaged in or caused contact with the genitalia of “any person” with an intent to arouse or gratify (oral sex performed on him by Ms. Lewinsky).
(5) He denied that he made contact with Monica Lewinsky’s breasts or genitalia with an intent to arouse or gratify.
How was he punished in this Civil case?
