So, the plan now is to “arrest” him in the privacy of Mar-a-Lago, hold his arraignment by teleconference from there as well under the guise of “security”. That Trump will be “released” on his personal recognizance until the trial. So basically no “arrest” that anybody sees, no arraignment that anybody sees.
