That’s what I was saying: the U.S. military doesn’t have enough ground troops to occupy the whole country, or even whole states such as Florida and Texas. That’s why Xiden might resort to terror bombing, like Gadhafi did in Libya. That is, IF the Air Force and Navy obeyed such orders.
