I think "threatening" to maybe, potentially, take action on the liquor license is a cop out. They should press charges against participants.
As little as 5-10 years ago, they would have been. That’s how quickly we have “progressed” as a society.

I think they should strip the parents of their license to raise their children if they brought their children to such an event.

These include consenting adults becoming the basis for what is a lawful sex act, extending free speech to pornography and indecency, and the right of privacy becoming more than the presumption of innocence and the right to be secure in our person and possessions.
