I would proscribe all Government Employees (Federal and State), from possessing Firearms, excepting the Military.

Went in June to D.C. to a funeral at Arlington. I tried to stay away from blacks but you cannot and sure enough was accosted by black ferals on the tram and the black security did absolutely nothing.

Seriously, I would be OK with an ALL CIVILIAN (NO Government Employees allowed) Oversight Board establishing criteria and permits for Police and Sheriff’s Officers Firearms privileges.

This. Unfortunately, getting a permit in DC is near impossible. Son had to wait 6+ months to get one in Virginia with a Top Secret designation!!
