Oops!
What do you mean an “oops”?
DOJ/FBI: We are so screwed!!
I once sent an email spread sheet and forgot I had one “hidden” column of information. Luckily, it wasn’t confidential information, it was just info that wasn’t necessary to the party to whom I was sending it. It was my notes. Apparently, he noticed there were hidden files and revealed them. He sent me a note and asked me to provide him another file without that column included (even hidden) and he would delete the other.
After that, I started double checking and even checking other’s excel sheets for hidden info. It’s easy to do when you have been working on several sheets at once for several days. The defense attorneys need to go back and review any excel files they have been sent and look at them for hidden columns or rows.
