If it was a government system instead of a private endeavor it would be worse than theirs. As it is government interference causes problems rather than creates solutions.

These standards for trucks are probably the same standards that were put in place at CAlifornia ports that required all trucks which entered the ports be no more than three years old ( what ever year that was. This meant that trucking companies had buy all new trucks and couldn’t afford it. So, they came up with the scheme to make their drivers lease the new trucks from the company.and pay for the trucks themselves.Lease, not own, so they could be traded in whenever standards were changed.
The drivers couldn’t afford it and Thatis what caused the shortage of truck drivers. Antifa doesn’t like trains any more than they do trucks. It has nothing to do with air pollution.
