Mr. Epps has a camper. I hope he is using it and taking all precautions to stay safe. I have nothing at all against him; he seems like a good, patriotic guy. IMHO, he was used as a pawn in an unscrupulous operation.
Really, he should have known better. What group is behind him? Who paid him, etc.
The statement/question “Why was Ray Epps not arrested” is just a rhetorical question.

It would seem that Mr. Epps would be interested in having his turn in front of the committee to give his side of the story.

I believe Mr. Epps gave his side of his story to the J6 committee twice. J6 committee member Adam Kinzinger shook his hand and thanked him, either for testifying, or for inciting the riots, it is not entirely clear which.
Now, Monday night Tucker Carlson bravely proved with the newly released J6 video that Mr. Epps lied during his testimony. The new video shows that Mr. Epps was an active instigator/agent provocateur/potential first aid provider at the second police line breach.
This is a very serious revelation. It must be addressed.

these tapes are revealing potentially exculpatory evidence that should have been provided to defendants who are now languishing IN PRISON! That’s a violation of their constitutional rights.

Correct me if I am wrong or mistaken, but didn’t they charge some people with “conspiracy (to riot)” for what they did or said on the capital grounds regardless of physical entry into the building? I thought that was part of their case against the “Proud Boys” or “Oathkeeper” types?
I know we saw text messages from them in news coverage so how is that any different than what Epps is shown doing or the text messages he sent?

I am not defending Ray Epps actions. He led some young, foolish guys into a lot of trouble, and lied his way out of harms way. I like his persona, but he is not who he seems. Who is he, anyway? And, don’t just say he is a fed; prove who he really is.
He says he orchrestrated J6. So, as another poster put it, he is the Leonard Bernstein of J6! Virtuoso agent provocateur!
