Scarborough should know that most Conservatives (Republicans) that I know would much prefer to see District Attorneys and Judges carry out their sworn duties and throw these perps into jail where they belong rather that putting them back out on the street. In addition, Law Enforcement Officers should be permitted to carry out their sworn duties instead of being told to Stand Down when they encounter these perps in the first place.
