They let others (executive and judicial branches) change election law. Only the legislature of those states can change election law.

Stepien also ran Trump’s 2016 campaign.

Nothing can be proven if investigations are not undertaken to prove the allegations, and Trump was stopped at every turn, and nobody dared to support Trump in the allegations. It’s like not being able to prove a murder if the murderer is in charge of the investigation. The FBI and DOJ and the media, would not allow for the investigations to take place.
