Hunter Biden says Congress has no standing to investigate himHe is 100% correct.
He is a private citizen. Congress is not an investigative body, it's not a Grand Jury, and it has no role in law enforcement.
Now, if someone in the House introduced articles of impeachment against JOE Biden for corruption, then Hunter Biden would be a material witness in a matter under Congress's jurisdiction - but this business of persecuting private citizens by unwarranted "investigations" has to be stopped - even if it takes a Hunter Biden to do it.
