They made that clear with the rallies being held at drive-ins, rallies with chairs in white circles, etc. They made a gamble that electronic media messaging could compensate for fewer in-person rallies and they were correct.

I have seen similar bizarre behavior in past elections that I don't believe were rigged, but I still find it hard to believe that Fetterman could win in any non rigged election.

There is no tactical methodology to basement dweller Biden. The election only matters in the swing states. California, New York, Massachusetts, Oregon, Washington, Illinois and so forth are guaranteed Democrat votes.
The only place you can win a national election is in the swing states, and Trump won those in 2016. Hillary didn't even bother campaigning in the only places that mattered, instead she spent her time in California and other liberal states. Even Bill Clinton told her she should be focusing on the swing states, and she bit his head off for giving her advice.
2020 Democrats knew the only places that mattered were the swing states, and so they utilized covid rules to get corruption into the system.
In 2022, the corruption was still poisoning the system.

I read Free Republic. The various incidents to which I refer were covered in articles posted on this website. I noticed them, but I did not have any reason to mark the locations and times as this is not an issue I considered important at the time.
There may be others here who could give you better details, but for me, this was just an amusing topic, not one I wanted to discuss further.

Spin. Political activists are always spinning a disaster into looking like they planned it that way. They initiators are just lying, the followers believe it only because everyone in their circles "knows" that.
Even if you confronted them with specific locations and dates, they would not rethink their position. When you are dealing with people, you will often be unable to get them to change their mind no matter what evidence you present to them.
