I question whether they’ve been actual “attacks”. More like planned sabotage by government and quasi-government to throw more chaos into the mix, and try to identify how much control the citizens are willing to tolerate.

All I can tell you is, I listened to a speaker years ago talk about this to a very large group. The guy was part of the DHS said something other than what the article published. And I have read other information about it over the years that doesn’t even come close to this article. So i question the current article’s information.
