it wasn’t just solely Epps egging on the crowd… And by the way a number of those have already been arrested and now convicted for the incitement (Oathkeepers, PB etc) it’s all on tape OK. So what about Epps? He's so free, he can admit his involvement to NBC news.

If this transcript represents the entire session with Ray Epps, at no time was he put under oath. He was free to say whatever the committee coached him to say without fear of being accused of perjury. Nice work if you can get it.
