Very curious what happens now that we know a democrat hack judge is in charge. If the checks clear and the money is found he is off scot free. IF there is no money left, well it’s sad Sam felt suicide by tying his hands behind his back and hanging himself with bedsheets in his suicide cell before he could testify was the only way out.
The judge was paid off is the reason Sam accepted extradition. He knew he would get bail.
REUTERS: On Friday evening, Abrams recused herself from the case, saying in a court order that the law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where her husband is a partner, advised FTX in 2021.
The firm also represented parties that could be adverse to FTX and Bankman-Fried in other proceedings, the judge said, and while her husband had no involvement in these matters, which “were confidential and their substance is unknown to the Court,” she was recusing herself to avoid a possible conflict.

This is the same judge that overturned Hunter’s business partner Devon Archer conviction for defrauding an Indian Tribe. She was spanked by the Appellate court and the conviction was reinstated.
