Since when did twitter become necessary for existence? BookFace as well? All the government agencies couldnt wait to get their very own twitter page so they could pass BS info to the American people directly with the FBIs blessing. Until someone goes to jail I hope the entire thing blows up and causes liberal mass hysteria.

Much too much importance given to Elon’s stress relieving hobby.

If he does step down, he will hire somebody that will infuriate the left even more than he does.

I am going to delete my account if he doesn’t leave. That will show him!

Just like all of those Democrats that moved to other countries when Bush won, and Trump won…

Bigleft losing it’s shit over Elon putting up a poll of should he step down as manager, and it came back YES, but, it was a big troll by Musk, and the left never fails to disappoint. He never had any intention of running twitter day-to-day,he was ALWAYS going to hand it off,because...

Elon, is going to Mars. Twitter was just righting of a wrong, but not his passion!

And, it was a great psyop by granting the illusion of participation and giving up control, because, he still owns Twitter and will have authority over all he surveys, there’s NO board of directors to answer to, it’s Kabuki Theater. And, it puts a buffer btwn him and those out to destroy him. He Tweeted “Be careful what you wish for.” And that was no idle threat, more tears are shed over answered prayers than not. I don’t think the RATS are going to like his replacement any more than they do the Musk himself. 8^) time will tell.

Most of the country has no idea of the hassles and red tape involved in running a business. The accounting side alone will consume a great deal of resources.

Musk doesn’t make money by babysitting. I am certain that he will find a ruthless SOB who he will name as CEO. The new guy just might be better for free speech than Elon is although that will remain to be seen!

That said, the poll he ran was unnecessary. I believe that the poll has another purpose.

No and yes. He knew in advance what the outcome of the poll would be. It was a diversion, that drove traffic to Twitter while giving him data on who his enemies are. He was going to give up the CEO position regardless, while pulling the strings on a new puppet CEO. I've been on Twitter for over a decade, and this poll is amusing but will not destroy Musk.
