Well, it is clear that they are culpable.
That never bothered the #ComDem’s, don’t you know, they are sooo smart they are “above the law” (/sarcasm -sort of).
Corruption in almost all major cities is so bad there is no simple way to get past it.
Large Public School systems are generally run by people with no business background. They generally hold “business people” in contempt.
So, in another 6 months (or a year) when this all hits the fan, will we bounce or go flop?
We truly are at an inflection point. One of those “big ones”.
