It seems like these efforts can be construed as obstruction of justice and witness intimidation. They can add those to Hunter’s list of crimes.

There is a great money laundering going on right now with Ukraine. Billions flowing in with zero oversight. Now the weapons that we gave to Ukraine are showing up in Africa and Asia sold on the Black Market. Zelensky is making money off this deal. Now he is asking for another billion to rebuild his hospitals. Hunter was laying the groundwork to this money laundering when he was there 6 years ago

I don’t know the law, but how can lawsuits go forth when the corrupt Deep State Agencies all claim upon requested discovery evidence that they have “nothing” or privileged “information”
