The Judge was appointed by Obama. Nobody wants to certify that all of the classified materials were turned over as it potentially could result in incarceration if the attestation is shown to be false.

This is the same Judge who illegally ordered Trump's lawyers to search four different locations for classified documents. No Judge has the authority to order civilians to search anyone's property, let alone search for alleged classified material.
