I would also wonder if people who have more health problems tend to get the vaccine at higher rates. There is so little we actually know about it that the blind push to vaccinate everyone seems more and more of a problem.
Logically, I would expect the body to react to something that artificially raises an immune response to react by slowing down its own immune response. That would explain the fact that people have more, not less issues with immunity in the long term.
