Homosexual ‘marriage’ has been conceeded.
Being Democrat-lites where there’s not a spit worth of difference has been such a winning strategy ever since the Me-Too Republicans of the 30s.
Homosexual “marriage” is a disgusting, filthy, and immoral claim. If people want to be perverted in their own home or privacy, fine, but it is absolutely wrong for the state to recognize, facilitate, or support.

As a Bible believing Christian, YES! If I condone it I am just as culpable for the sin as those who do it. I won’t turn my back on God to go with the flow.
People were perverted in their own private homes in Sodom and Gomorrah too. And still God destroyed them, with a destruction so great that Lot and his family had to be evacuated. Is that what you want for the USA?
No. I think the federal government shouldn’t be involved with marriage at all. But we have to be savvy. So if we have to be “pro-gay marriage “ then we have to do that.
I don’t care who gets married because their actions don’t cause harm to my family or anyone else if both participants are consenting. …Consent is not the defining point, Jazz. God and His wrath is, and that is the kind of wrath that Lot and his family were forcibly evacuated from Sodom by two angels for. Libertarians’ unbelief puts them in the left-wing category.
If such laws interfere with free exercise of religion, then the federal government has to defend said free exercise, bottom line, if the state governments will not. The First Amendment is in the federal Constitution for a reason.

Things can be taken back and set right. Nothing in man’s laws is permanent. That’s why eternal vigilance is called for, and understanding why you hold the positions/foundation you have.
And that’s why the feds shouldn’t be in marriage except to enforce a contract. Having the feds force you to accept marriage going forward is trash. Especially with the possibility of polygamy and other nonsense on the horizon.

It has to be. Marriage is the building block of any stable society. A
Destroy it by redefining it as sodomy and you destroy us.
And it makes being a Christian a legal liability.
We can be principled if we want. Voters will elect Democrats. Then they will tear up the Constitution. They will appointed Leftist Justices to the Supreme Court.
