Even if the GOP had the votes and will to impeach Mayorkas the senate would not remove him from office. Virtue Signaling. Even if it dug up evidence that the Biden gang acted illegally, the media would say “partisan attack.”

and the public would ‘yawn’ barely notice, complain & resent if it interrupted TV shows!

Methinks Kevin is blowing smoke.
From every FReepers fav reference, Wikipedia:
Under the United States Constitution, the House of Representatives has the sole power of impeachments while the Senate has the sole power to try impeachments (i.e., to acquit or convict); the validity of an impeachment trial is a political question that is nonjusticiable (i.e.., is not reviewable by the courts).[13] In the United States, impeachment is a remedial rather than penal process,[13][14]: 8 intended to "effectively 'maintain constitutional government' by removing individuals unfit for office";[14]: 8 persons subject to impeachment and removal remain "liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law."[14]
Yeah, they
might be able to get this through the House but the Senate represents a major stumbling block, IMHO.

(The longer I remain unjabbed with the clot-shots, the more evidence I see supporting my decision.)
