In other words, physiological age, not chronological age. Humans don’t all age at the same rate due to genetics, environment and luck.

It's the same guy. You can still see that stupid half-smile on Biden today. The eye color change is weird, but there are medical conditions that come with aging that make that happen. Dilated pupils can also look like an eye color change. Contacts at some point are also a possibility. Bloody-eyed Biden during the debates was blue-eyed.

You have to laugh, of the last four presidents, we are asked to believe that George W Bush, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden are three of the four most qualified people to be president of the United States.
