I used to live in RI. This guy’s a nasty swish from a wholly corrupt, Mafia-involved family. A vindictive little scumbag who once bitch-slapped his boy-toy, a Providence “news” anchor named Mario Hilario, in the face publicly. Ugh. LOL! Good description of this weasel. I never lived in RI, but used to spend a lot of time there. Hubby and I ran into Cicilline at one of Providence's "Water Fire" events years ago. Nasty little punk, and quite full of himself.
