Of course it won’t. The whole point of prosecution by this DOJ is to prevent him from running and winning.
Should he withdraw, his legal problems would go away quite quickly, imo. Why should Merrick Garland spend more money prosecuting Trump when he has already achieved the whole point of the prosecution?
