There is no “candidate” legal standing (regardless of political party) to civilly prosecute a lawsuit over state election law violations. the Plaintiff must be at least one member of the AZ legislature. If Kari does not have at least one on her side then then lawsuits will not help her.

Unfortunately, the Republicans did do something in Arizona. They legislated the election policy that is fraught with fraud and counting delays that is being used by Dems to ensure they never win a statewide election again nor elect a R POTUS.
