I think they might be necessary for OUR shortfuse wartime needs and national emergency needs.
That said, we should cancel everyone of them.

Kevin McCarthy as speaker of the house won’t let Biden pass legislation to cancel student loan debt. That’s one trick Biden can’t use in 2024. I’d rather have Biden use as many tricks in 2022 so that Republicans will know how to deal with them in 2024 to defeat Biden.

For all the money showered on schools today you’d think people would have learned that Congress must appropriate the funds.
