Time for the CEO to resign, or be fired - this is the guy who decided to do 'anti-racist' layoffs, i.e. layoff competent white people and keep less competent people of color.
Perhaps he should have focused on keeping the very best people - not people with the right color.
Stock is now down 90% since its peak. CEO must be fired by the board.

Twilio is in a fairly unique market niche, and its technology has been solid.
BUT, like most high-tech wonders, they started believing their own BS. Their wokeness is their downfall.
Paybacks are a bitch!

Had to do a search.
“What is Twilio used for?
The short answer: Twilio is a customer engagement platform used by hundreds of thousands of businesses and more than ten million developers worldwide to build unique, personalized experiences for their customers “

I’ve only ever used it to send texts from a web site. It apparently can do voice calls as well.

I didn’t realize how racist they are. Anyone know of another service that can send texts internationally? I have a Plivo account but it only allows texts to US and Canada.

It is useful for companies like property managers for instance to send notifications to tenants, owners, vendors, etc. from within their management software. Many types of businesses can use this to communicate with their established contacts. Recipients must opt in.

From their website seems like they are a programming tool company, mainly providing APIs to make it easier to program communication apps - a sort of high level programming language.
They make no profits, have a market cap of 8 billion, and are run by a geek and a bunch of woke women.
In their website they have a vp of diversity, a black woman, and she is listed second after the CEO. Tells you what their priorities are.
You can check it out here if interested...

Nailed it!
Actually it’s worse than that. They make tools so you can generate junk mail even faster.

Twilio is a customer engagement platform used by hundreds of thousands of businesses and more than ten million developers worldwide to build unique, personalized experiences for their customers “ How many of those "ten million developers" are active users and how many just gave an email address, downloaded a dev kit and played with it for an hour before deciding against it?
