Every year or two I make a monster batch of eggplant lasagna -
and freeze a lot of it. (It's really good the way I make it - I like it anyway.)
So I was just working up this Sunday's shopping list for this project.
With food prices the way they have been, I try to keep somewhere
within a 'sane' distance from my budget.
So I've decided to buy the ingredients for this over two weeks -
over two Sunday's of shopping trips.
So - eggplant lasagna on the 'installment plan'.
I'll make the stuff the second week after the second trip.
Of course this is no great 'hardship' - but it's an 'attention-getter' for sure.
For me anyway.

We can get it to at least 3. Let’s go Biden. And then the media will praise Chomo Joe for bringing down Obesity.

If you think so, I’d like to know they are praying, I wonder who they’re voting for?
