Same here, I quit Levi’s about 40 years ago.
Don't get me started, you have no idea. But their is hope.
I am waiting for the day when these ideologies that they are exposed too at these schools (and frankly accepted and promoted) have effected a student and their is regret.
Then they Sue them because they didn't act with In Loco Parentis and go after their Endowments which in some cases are in the Millions and sometimes in the Billions.
That will be the grab the popcorn moment...
In other words, the kids are brainwashed.
‘First, you’ve got CEOs and executives who want to distance themselves from the greedy image of past business leaders.’
GMAFB. Pathetic. They’re going to call you greedy no matter what you do, so you might as well make some money and avoid stupidities.
If I were super wealthy I would hire the best tutors (over 80 years only) with generational wisdom to teach my children. I would not send my child to any American School at present time. They are freaking nuts with accent on freaking!
He makes me chuckle...
How Big a Boy are Ya?
The day Levi Strauss went woke I vowed to never buy another pair of their jeans. Prior to that I wore them exclusively. Go woke, go broke.
Yep,us too. Besides their jeans really went downhill. We. Uy wrangler now and they just last and last (the work jeans called riggs workweek or somehting like that)
Spot on observation is part of the job.
I have tried to tell a few of them that-—
Only get “deer in headlights” looks.
That's why I wear Wrangler.

Didn’t realize that until they came out as anti-gun. Never bought another product since.
Wrangler jeans can run from $25 or to well over a $100 pair.
Unreal from when I was growing up.

“I’ve worked for some huge corporations in my time. If they want you gone, you’re gone.”
I work for several, I was an engineer double EE, and I was given notice but other jobs were always available.
I saw a lot of trash walking in and out of the doors they had no business being hired by HR. Those hires never lasted long.
I think they might have worked out but their attitude was basically to get some resumé bullets for better jobs down the line, which a couple of companies I worked for had absolutely no intention to write.
I heard that when called sometimes HR will say something like no comment... Which is HR speak for “danger Will Robinson.”
Seay’s story about being fired (or forced to quit) from the Levi Company for questioning the closure of schools during Covid is still available on Bari Weiss’ substack. People should take a few moments to read it. It’s very eye-opening as to how corporations force their employees to toe the line when it comes promoting the preferred narrative. Seay refused to do so and has been speaking out ever since.
Same here. I can spend $50.00 for a pair of Levis jeans or $16.00 for a generic pair from Wally World. The latter is just as good for working in the yard as the former.
later
thats me Levis became way to expensive so wally world sams club works
true- i remember not wanting to pay over $25 for a pair of jeans- now you can’t even hardly get shirts for that price anymore- the jeans i get are ow about $35-40, but still better than levis that tear out quick- i have wrangler jeans that are several years old now- still going strong
I like LL Bean jeans myself.
