FRiend, it IS out of control. It’s called being at failsafe right across the board.
We are a transnational modern state. Our own physical border is meaningless, in fact, to the global Marxists who run our country, it’s a hindrance.
Looking at it historically, Russia is primed to attack preemptively. These NATO forces will be the trip wire that starts WWIII. That is precisely why the warmongering maniacs in DC have placed them there.
American troops in a NATO country is NOT a provocation!
First sentence rather dramatic with “deployed to Europe for the first time in almost 80 years. That’s not true, the division deployed to Germany for Reforger in 1976.
Move to Russia.
They could use more idiots.
All of you “blaming” the US for some nonexistent war, when Russia launched a real war, make me puke.
It’s NATO’S job to be prepared. Good for them.
OK, make that 46 years then.
So true.
But then how could we be replaced? Oh wait, that’s not true.
Biden said so.
Vietnam started out with just some special advisors.
The US government lit the fuse on this shitshow in 2014.
Hi. I hate to nit pick our great unbiased journalist, but...
“The U.S. Army’s 101st Airborne Division has been deployed to Europe for the first time in almost 80 years “
Didn’t both the 82nd and 101st participate in a REFORGER in ‘80 or ‘81? It was very cold in Germany at that time. Trust me.
Nevermind, Orwell was a prophet.

Fixed.
If Mexico joined a Chinese alliance, would you see that a provocative. Nato is a cold war relic. And sooner or later the Euroweenie central government will have its’ own army without the U.S.
Every historical catastrophe somehow always starts with the French.
No, Comrade Putin did.
Flashback to November 2013:
Ukraine suspends talks on EU trade pact as Putin wins tug of war
Ukraine has abruptly ditched its plans to sign a historic pact with the European Union aimed at shifting the country out of the Kremlin's orbit. The decision handed a victory to President Vladimir Putin in the increasingly vicious tug of war between Russia and the west for Ukraine's future, and looked like turning a special EU summit next week focused on Ukraine into a debacle.
Fixed? At one point in history, perhaps. How did Indochina become "French" Indochina? By ordering baguettes and brie?
You might want to look at what comprised French Indochina, since it was one heck of a lot more than just Vietnam.
They’re crazy.
“Vietnam started out with just some special advisors the Imperial Japanese invasion of French Indochina in September 1940.”
Oh contraire....
“What we now call Vietnam was once owned and run by France. From the late 1800’s to 1954, Vietnam was part of a French colony called French Indochina.”

After WWII, France wanted to maintain Vietnam as a French colony. Did not end well for the French when they got ass-stomped at Dien Bien Phu. The US stepped in for France and things esculated from there into the Vietnam War.
